Customer Care

We promise that your plants will arrive looking and feeling great. If they don't, we've got you covered with our 30-Day Customer Happiness Guarantee, which means we'll replace them at no cost to you. It's normal for plants to experience a bit of stress during shipping, showing slight imperfections. However, if the damage is more than just small flaws, let us know within 30 days of getting your plants, and we'll send you a replacement for free.

To process a replacement, we'll need photos of the damage, which also helps us improve how we pack our plants.

Remember, it's common for live plants to look a little stressed after being in transit. Look at our blog posts for plant care information.  Feel free to reach out to us directly with any questions.

Wholesale and Custom Inquiries
